Questions about plans
Why are server conversions limited to five a day?
Each Word, Excel, OCR or web-page job runs on a real CPU for several seconds to a minute. Five a day covers nearly every one-off need and keeps the service free; Premium pays for heavy use.
Are browser conversions really unlimited?
Yes. They run on your device and cost us nothing but bandwidth for the page.
Do I need an account for the free plan?
No. The daily counter works without one. With an account it follows you across devices instead of being tied to a browser.
What happens to uploaded files?
They are stored only for the job, processed in isolation and deleted together with the result after one hour. Premium members can choose to keep results in their encrypted library.
Can I cancel?
Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a single payment.
